I am pleased to present to you the Vacheron Constantin reference 4348 — an extraordinary watch in every aspect and detail. Some of you viewing this listing may have noticed that the metal tone of the watch looks slightly different, more silvery than regular steel. If you noticed this, you are absolutely right.
The reason is simple: the case of this pocket watch is made from a highly unusual material in traditional watchmaking — aluminium. This is an exceptional feature. And when we look deeper into the watch, we discover even more: not only the case, but also the dial, the applied indexes, and even the movement bridges are made of aluminium.

Watchmaker’s Technical Report

The timepiece is in barn-find condition.
The movement operates properly — both winding and time-setting functions work.
The case is well preserved, with only minor marks from opening; there are no major damages or dents. The hands and dial are also free of significant damage.

Please Note that this timepiece is not waterproof, be aware to avoid contact with water or wet activities that can expose the timepiece to humidity.

The watch has not been fully overhauled in our workshop, so buying it without our additional inhouse service, may be a watch considered as a found in, unchecked condition, without a warranty.

The watch may be purchased as is, or with our in-house servicing upon request. To obtain a one- or two-year warranty, we recommend selecting our service option. Please contact us before or after reserving the watch to arrange details.
