Refund policy
In person purchase:
We do not acept returns or refunds on products bough in person.Return/refund rights apply only if the item does not match the description.
Online or distance purchase (e.g., website, phone, catalog):
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.Buyer can return the item within 14 days of delivery for any reason.Exceptions: Goods may be excluded if they are custom-made or clearly personalized. (watches customised on reguest of the client, watches with bracelets that have to be cut to size, custom engraved timepieces on the request of the client etc.)
Return Conditions
Every watch and other item in our stock is carefully inspected and documented with photographs and videos stored in our database.We sell vintage and highly collectible products. For this reason, any returned watch or other item must be in the exact same condition as documented before sale.During the documentation process, a trained professional watchmaker inspects each timepiece and compares it with our records and descriptions to ensure that it is returned in the same condition as when it was listed. Any discrepancies may result in rejection of the return or a deduction from the refund amount.Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
- Any damage to the item that occurred after delivery to the buyer (e.g., physical damage, moisture damage, etc.)
- Unauthorized manipulation of the watch, including but not limited to: opening the watch, disassembly, removal or replacement of parts, battery change, or any intervention not carried out or approved by us.
If any of the above signs are detected, we reserve the right to refuse the return or, if the value of the timepiece has been reduced, to offer only a partial refund.
Return Procedure:
- Contact us and submit a return request.
- Ship the item back to us.
- Inspection: After receiving the item, we perform a full diagnostic check.
- Approval: If everything checks out, we accept your return.
- Refund: You will receive your refund within 14 days after we receive the item.
VAT and other payments
We are not responsible for any additional charges, including import duties, taxes, or customs fees, for packages shipped outside the European Union. Any such costs incurred during the refund process are the sole responsibility of the customer.
