1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Renove by Tuloki Shop, These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By visiting our website and/or purchasing an item from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services or make purchases through our website.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • “Seller,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Tuloki Watch Services s.r.o., the operator of the Website and provider of the products offered.

  • “Buyer,” “you,” or “customer” refers to any individual or legal entity purchasing products or using services from the Website.

  • “Products,” “items,” or “goods” refer to the vintage watches and other general use or collectible items offered for sale through the Website.

  • “Vintage” or “collectible” items refer to pre-owned, secondhand, or antique goods that may show signs of age, wear, or prior use. These characteristics are not considered defects.

  • “Order” refers to a purchase request placed by the Buyer through the Website, which is confirmed upon receipt of payment and acceptance by the Seller.

  • “Business days” refer to calendar days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Slovak Republic

 

3. Products and Listings

Product Description

We take great care to describe and photograph all products accurately. Each watch or collectible item is carefully inspected and documented before being listed on the Website. Product descriptions, images, and videos are intended to provide as much detail as possible. However, minor variations in color, appearance, or condition may occur due to differences in display settings or the nature of vintage items.

 

Vintage and Collectible Nature of Products

Our products are pre-owned, vintage or collectible items. As such, they may show signs of age, wear, or patina. These characteristics are part of the uniqueness and authenticity of the product and are not considered defects. Buyers acknowledge and accept the vintage nature of the products when placing an order.

 

Authenticity

We only sell authentic vintage watches, each inspected professionally by a qualified watchmaker. We provide a fully transparent item description, including access to our in-house detailed condition description.

If the timepiece comes with any accompanying documents or certificates, these will be delivered with the watch, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

 

Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. Because many of our items are unique, a product may sell quickly and no longer be available even if it appears on the Website. We reserve the right to withdraw or update listings without prior notice.


Errors in Listings

While we strive to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, pricing, or availability information on the Website will be error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct the mistake and either cancel or adjust the order accordingly. If payment has already been made, the Buyer will receive a prompt refund in case of cancellation.


4. Ordering and Payment

Placing an Order

To place an order, the Buyer must select the desired product and complete the checkout process on the Website. By placing an order, the Buyer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected item under these Terms.

 

Order Confirmation

After an order is placed, the Buyer will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not constitute acceptance. Each order is manually reviewed and accepted by us. Once accepted, we arrange the Buyer’s chosen shipping method and issue an invoice for payment. The sales contract becomes binding only after full payment has been received and confirmed by us.

 

Payment Methods

We accept bank transfer as the primary payment method. All payments must be made in Euro (EUR).

Note: If you prefer a different payment method, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please be aware that choosing an alternative payment method may result in additional processing fees.

Prices and Taxes
All prices listed on the Website are in Euro. Our company is a non VAT payer.

Any additional charges (such as import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable outside the European Union) are the responsibility of the Buyer.

 

Non-Payment

If payment is not received within 7 days of placing the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice.


Security of Payments

We use secure, industry-standard payment processing systems. The Seller does not store payment card details on its servers.
