Our shipping policies currently apply only to the European Union. However, we are happy to offer our products worldwide. If you are interested in any products and are a buyer outside the European Union, please contact us, and we will arrange delivery options for you.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after recieving payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship orders via trusted carrier DHL express within European union and worldwide. Estimated delivery times:

  • European Union: 1-2 business days 

  • Worldwide: 1-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs procedures for certain items.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated by us and depend on the destination, package size, and selected shipping method, all shipments are insured.

 

International Shipping

We also ship outside the EU. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

  • These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid directly to the carrier or local authorities.

 

Order Tracking and Insurance

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We only ship tracked and insured packages.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Claims will be handled in accordance with the carrier’s policies.
