A very dressy, slim, and sleek JLC, the reference 20002 is a modern yet subtle looking watch that makes a great companion on any wrist.

Despite its elegant proportions, the case features a robust construction and contains a surprising 12 grams of 18k gold.

It is accompanied by a beautifully aged dial, where the upper lacquer has oxidized a common occurrence on these sunburst JLC dials.

This refined dress watch is powered by the simple, reliable, and proven Cal. K885 movement.

Watchmaker’s Technical Report

A full condition check has been performed on the watch. The case has undergone a hygienic cleaning process using only degreasing methods, with no chemicals involved.

The dial, hands, and case show signs of age and patina, consistent with a vintage timepiece. Structurally, the case is in good condition. The lugs are free from bends or damage, and only cosmetic wear is present. Heavily oxidised upper laquer on the dial.

Movement functions operate (setting, winding). However, we have no information regarding the watch's last service history, we can deduct the condition from our microscope photos witch show multiple dryed out bushings. Therefore, without our additional servicing or warranty program, we cannot guarantee future performance or long-term reliability. As such, the watch should be considered a "barn find" and may benefit from a full service at the buyer's discretion.
